This Privacy Notice explains how Home for You — a real-estate advisory based in Tbilisi, Georgia — handles personal information when you contact us by phone, email or in person, or interact with our advertisements on Facebook and Instagram.
Who we are
Home for You is operated by Home4you Georgia LLC (identification code 405850244), a limited liability company registered in Georgia and the data controller for this site. What we collect
- Name, email, phone number and the details of your enquiry, shared with us directly.
- Contact information you submit through a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Lead Form on one of our advertisements.
- Basic server access logs generated automatically when the site is hosted and delivered.
- Limited information about your visit collected through the Meta Pixel — for example, which pages you view.
- Aggregated statistics about your visit collected through Google Analytics 4 — pages viewed, approximate location (country/city level), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site.
The Meta Pixel and Google Analytics load only if you accept cookies. Beyond those two, this site does not run other third-party analytics suites or advertising networks.
How we use it
We use your information to contact you back about your enquiry, to arrange property viewings, to assist with a transaction, to improve our service, and to comply with Georgian law.
Legal bases
We rely on your consent, on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our practice, and on our legal obligations under Georgian law.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with property owners where relevant to your enquiry, with our authorised advisors and lawyers, with Meta Platforms (when you reach us through a Lead Form, and through the Meta Pixel once you accept cookies), with Google (through Google Analytics, once you accept cookies), with service providers such as our hosting provider Cloudflare, and with public authorities when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep contact details for up to 24 months from our last contact, and longer where a completed transaction requires it under Georgian law.
Your rights
You can ask us to confirm what we hold, to correct or delete it, to withdraw your consent, or to stop contacting you for marketing. Write to info@home4you.ge and we will respond.
